Catch-all Emails in Cloud Hosting
Setting up a catch-all mailbox will be truly easy in case you have a cloud hosting with us. You can activate the feature through our advanced, albeit intuitive Email Manager, which is an integral part of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, via which you will manage the shared hosting account itself. You’ll find all the email addresses that you have created displayed in alphabetical order and on the right-hand side of each one there will be a mini "Catch-all" icon, which will instantly tell you whether a particular mailbox stores all the email messages for a certain domain or not. With one click on the icon you can activate or deactivate this option whenever you want. If there’s active email forwarding or if some other mailbox has already been configured as a catch-all one for a given domain name, you’ll receive a warning notice from our system. The latter won’t disable/replace anything automatically and without your consent.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
You’ll be able to set up a catch-all email address with no more than one click if you have a semi-dedicated server with us and your email messages are handled by our cloud platform. All the mailboxes that you create using any domain name hosted in your account will be listed in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel. Each of them will have a small "Catch-all" icon on its right-hand side, so all it will take to activate this functionality will be to click that icon. In the exact same manner you’ll be able to deactivate the feature, in case you no longer need it. Our system will inform you in case you’re attempting to enable a 2nd catch-all address for a particular domain name or in case there is active email forwarding, but it’ll never alter or deactivate any feature automatically or without your permission.
